This page will let you download version 1.1 of the Microsoft .NET Framework. Click here to download the English version of the framework from this site. Click here to download the framework from the Microsoft site. You will be able to download the English version or a localized version in a different language. You will download an executable file that installs the Framework: you can choose to save the file and execute it later, or you can directly execute it. You may receive a warning about MDAC 2.6 missing from your computer. This component is not needed to run RTMirror, so you can ignore it.
